What is an affiliation between two organisations?
It is HelpLift's record that two organisations already work together. One admin sends a request from the Affiliations tab and it only counts once the other organisation's own admin accepts it. After that, either can pick the other when publishing a need, and they get an email about it. Nothing else changes: the need stays fully public, and neither organisation can see or change the other's account.
