How do we show what our organisation actually does?

From your organisation page, under 'About'. Add a short description, list your services one at a time (a crisis line and a shelter are two separate lines, not one paragraph), your operating hours, and a phone number, email or website you're comfortable being public. It saves straight to the organisation directory — never put a beneficiary's details in any of these fields, since the whole section is public the moment you save it.
