How do I put up a need?

Go to Needs on your organisation and press New need. You capture the person you are helping first, because a need belongs to a real person: their name, ID number, contact and location. Their ID number is turned into a one-way hash on the server and the number itself is never stored. Then you describe the need itself, with a title, a description, a category, how urgent it is, up to five public photographs and a target amount if it is a cash need.
