Am I an organisation or a Resource?
An organisation, on HelpLift, means a registered non-profit that helps a community: an NPO, PBO, NPC, voluntary association or trust. A business or an individual — even one that gives generously — signs up as a Resource instead, under 'I want to help'. Every organisation application is reviewed by a person before it is approved, so choosing the wrong one at sign-up does not get missed; if you realise you picked the wrong one, contact HelpLift through the contact form and it can be corrected before you do anything else with the account.
