Who sees my name when I help?

Whoever you decided should. Public means your name shows on the needs you support. Organisation and platform only means the organisation and HelpLift see it and the public does not. Anonymous means nobody sees it. Where a name is withheld, the page says so rather than showing a blank, so nobody reads your choice as missing information.
