What happens to my money if the need is cancelled after I paid?

The money has already reached the organisation and cannot be reversed through HelpLift, and there is no HelpLift-run refund process. The organisation is expected to contact you directly to agree what happens to it instead. That conversation, and whatever the two of you decide, is between you and the organisation.
